A lot has changed in the last 20 years.  From technology to music, there have been a lot of passing fads, but some ideas and products seem to last the test of time.  The same is true of cars.  There are have been a tremendous amount of new vehicles that have come onto the market, and some have lasted while others have faded out of our consciousness and found themselves sitting on used car lots.  It takes a lot for a car to stand out from the competition and remain memorable, but when they do, it's worth noting.

There are a few things that we hope we never, ever have to do, and abandoning our luxury sports car in a sewage-flooded underground tunnel is one of them (and we're sure that all of our Boardwalk Ferrari customers in Dallas would agree).  Canadian lawyer Howard Levitt had to do exactly this, though, and while he lived to tell the tale, his 2010 Ferrari California sadly did not.

There's a lot that a dedicated gearhead can do to customize a Ferrari, and with the help of a little computer rendering, the possibilities are virtually endless.  Recently, a fan of the high-performance brand took a little creative license with the LaFerrari in white and added a set of custom wheels.  As you can imagine, the result is quite the treat, and we can just imagine it rolling through the streets of Dallas.

While it's difficult to do anything but praise a Ferrari supercar, an endorsement of the brand from one of the most talented and experienced professional drivers in the automotive industry still impresses us here at Boardwalk Ferrari.  In a recent interview with Jalopnik auto blog, Ben Collins, former Top Gear Stig and James Bond stunt driver, named the Ferrari 458 Italia as his favorite supercar.
